Default Cant download
I have for thee last few days been unable to download Kane & Lynch 2. It either tells me the servers are full or I cannot connect to the steam servers.
I have changed locations around the world. deleted the ClientRegistry.blob and steamclient.dll files, I have deleted and reinstalled steam and still nothing. Steam havent responded in 4 days and Im anoyed....any suggestions?

From what I gather if you had Frey's and un-installed it then you'll need to reinstall it, disable it (revert changes or whatever) then uninstall it again to make it stop blocking.

Frey's actually sets up a service that runs on your computer. The only way to "uninstall" it is to run the program again. If you didn't do that, you didn't uninstall it.
