Steam Group: TOG Warhammer 40k - Space Marine

Can we get a list of steam folk together so we can control the server we connect to for this - I am getting annoyed with constantly red speeds, and also, is there a chat option for this within TOG?
TS / Vent / Mumble et al?

BTW: mainly want aussies just for location, but I don't think it matters too much except low pingers would not have as much fun.
