Another vote for GreenManGaming - bought Skyrim there and several other Steam based games over the past few months. Good prices and service - had a hiccup on their site during a purchase one time and it was responded to and resolved well within an hour.

I do. Does this mean after I've created my account, they need to "verify" it by email or something before I can pay? I tried paying and I'm just getting "Problem loading page" errors now

No, the verification is completely on Paypal's end.

I gave up. I tried paying via Paypal about 4 times and it didn't work. Tried paying via credit card about 3 times and it didn't work. In the end, I've bought it full price on Steam. Thanks for the info on that site though guys
