Football Manager 2013

Not my thing at all, but I saw that it's currently top seller on Steam and something caught my eye - it's $79.99 USD on Steam, and $39.99 USD on Greenmangaming.com.

If you're going to buy it, you can grab it on Greenman for half price and activate it on Steam. Likely not as much of an issue for those in countries that don't attract ANZ's regional price hike.
