OK guys - time to replay the game.
You will have to listen out for radios hidden throughout the levels (including the very first one!!) -- carry them to 'reception areas' in each level to receive a transmission - the red light on the radio will go green. Seems there's a few to find, they behave as an achievement so you can keep track. I've found the first 12 already. And warning - some of the 'reception areas' seem to be very difficult to find!
