[Killing Floor] How To QuickWeld/Unweld

In my never ending quest to try and keep ZEDs from chewing on my butt I stumbled across a useful method of quickly whipping out your welder and sealing those doors.

Thanks to this post over on the TripWire forums.

Open your User.ini, which is located in your ...\Killing Floor\System folder and add the following to the key of your choice.

Quickwelding:

'YourKeyHere'=Getweapon KFMod.Welder|Fire|OnRelease SwitchToLastWeapon

Quickunwelding:

'YourKeyHere'=Getweapon KFMod.Welder|AltFire|OnRelease SwitchToLastWeapon


Personally I found 'z' and 'x' work well for me; it's easy to run through a door while pressing 'e' to close it, quickly spin and hold 'z' to weld. Best of all when you are done welding you automagically pull out the weapon you were previously using, ready to kill all over again!
