Portal easter egg in l4d2 map

Too embarrassed to say just how long it took Thermal, Isthiriel, Jiggo and myself to get through one of the challenges in the Portal 2 section of that map - maybe our own fault for playing so late at night/early in to the morning?

Great find. Third party or not, a lot of time has gone into that I'm really impressed.

The first time I came across this was in-game and I couldn't figure out why someone would want to carry the gnome at all costs through such a long campaign. After much perseverance we all died at the 1st test. I was a bit dubious about doing the portal again, but i'm glad that we did. This easter egg is well worth the effort, and I especially love its surreal nature. Suicide Blitz is a superb campaign, equal to if not better than the offical valve campaigns.

You can test out the Easter egg by doing the following. Assuming you have Suicide Blitz loaded into the addon part of the L4D2 game use the console to enter the following:

map l4d2_stadium5_stadium
give weapon_gnome

Go to the little room and solve the Portal 2 puzzles.
