This game looked awesome, but I'm put off by this blurb at the bottom of the Steam page in fine print.

Well not much of a surprise, don't all of ubi's new games have the same thing? In my experience it's really not an issue unless you don't have a permanent connection to the internets, and who doesn't have that these days?

From what I understand (prepared to be corrected

), the "at least 13 years old" restriction is because in some parts of the US it is illegal to collect personally identifiable information from anyone younger. The actual content being accessed is irrelevant.
