Dead Space 2
There's a halloween sale on Steam at present. Dead Space 2 is 50% off (making it $34.99), however as an oddity - there's a Dead Space *pack* which includes Dead Space 1 + Dead Space 2 for only $16.99.
As a note, if you already own Dead Space 1, you won't get an extra copy to give away (the game is not part of their gifting system), so in that case it means you're simply getting Dead Space 2 for $16.99 instead of the "special price" of $34.99.

That will be a result of the Downunder Tax we get on Dead Space 2, although interestingly Dead Space 1 is usually and currently cheaper for us.
In Australia: Dead Space 1 - $5.10 (down from $14.99) Dead Space 2 - $34.99 (down from $69.99) Pack - $16.99 (usually $49.9  Not that you'd ever buy Dead Space 2 on it's own as it appears to always be cheaper in the pack, with or without a sale.
