The server is having trouble loading without straight away crashing. I'll tell you when it has started and is stable.

Too much stuff happening during the initial loading?

Although I think the worst hit should be when someone logs in and loads a lot of chunks.

BUT, all the quarries WILL load chunks right at server startup. Maybe look into that? Limit amount of quarries to 1 per person or something (but I would guess very few have more than one quarry even now)
