How do you set the dyes? I want to make a chest for my new plot back and one for spawn.. ..im white/brown.. ..i guess white i dont need to worry about..

If you're white/brown, all you need to do is take some cocoabeans and click the middle wool block on top of the ender chest with the beans, and that block will turn brown.

If you want to make a second chest, you'd click the middle one with cocoa beans to make it brown, then click the last one with any other colour dye stuff, to colour that last wool block.

So if i want to link two chests, i would have them both as e.g. W/B/W, then to link two other chests seperately i would have e.g W/B/B? Is that right?

The chests aren't actually chests. They are effectively portals to a storage hole in the space-time continuum. Therefore if you have 100 WBW "chests" connected, you will only have the storage space for one chest. If they are connected, any items you try to move from one to another will simply be moving out of the storage space then putting it back into the same storage space.

However, if you try to pipe stuff from a WBW chest to a WBB chest then it will actually move it from one virtual storage space to another.

Or have I misunderstood what you are saying Whitebear?
