A reminder....

As it says in the OP... If you use this sheep farm - you are NOT to breed the sheep!!!

For some reason, even if you feed wheat to 2 of the same coloured sheep in the pen, the offspring usually comes out as a colour for a different pen. This mucks up the colour coding for the pens, and in some cases (the magenta/purple and the blue/cyan) it is difficult to see the differences.

I don't want to have to keep sorting them out when people breed them. Don't do it!

If you need more wool than the sheep give you - wait...

Can you colour the sheep directly rather than having to move them around the pens, or what that what you meant?

The sheep are presently in different pens for each possible colour. If you want to use the community farm, you just have to shear the sheep of the colour you want, wait for them to eat grass and grow their coloured wool again, and reshear them.

What seems to have happened is that someone has been impatient and wanted more sheep in a few pens. They have made them lovey-dovey but either the sheep have been breeding across fences, the lambs have ended up in the next door pen, or there has been genetic mutation and a different colour lamb has been born. Consequently, the "one colour per pen" idea was tainted, making it harder to manage and use. For this reason, the rule is "shear but don't breed" in the community farm.
