FTB: Wireless redstone frequencies

Like with the ender chests, I suggest we pick certain frequencies for each person to use as it's very easy to get into other peoples machines otherwise.

I was thinking each person gets an interval of 100, so you have;
1-99 and 5000; community projects
100-199; person A
200-299; person B
300-399; person C
...
4900-4999 which is the maximum.

I know that 1-99 has used frequencies (so those probably have to move), as do 1000 and 2300.

Note that this is for wireless redstone, NOT teleport pipes (they are always private)

300-399 - Akira Doe
400-499 - Deweyoxberg
500-599 - Emeraldknight
600-699 - Gedarn
700-799 - Deep
800-899 - DaedalusAlpha
1000-1099 - TAZZROK
1200-1299 - Nuljones
1400-1449 - HenriDeacon
1600-1699 - marvelmanic
2300-2399 - CNAFE
2600-2699 - Bru1zer
3300-3399 - Phlexor

Wouldn't it make more sense for people to take a range in the form of 200-299, 300-399? So, you'd take 800-899. If the first digit is 8, it's one of yours.

It would, however the person taking 0-99 would only get 99 frequencies (he can't use 0) and frequency 5000 would not be used as the person before can only use up to 4999.

I guess if people think that is ok, it does make more sense having it that way.
