BTW, I need to re-do the layout in dirt, so don't put the storage tank where I mocked it up yet =P.... why are we having an OT conversation here?

Ok, On Topic:

Some testing over last couple of days: 1 Aqueous Accumulator reaches a point of equilibrium supplying 5 combustion engines running on bio-fuel (I don't think it's different for fuel, but maybe.) I'm going to be using 1 for 4 engines to be safe (maybe a lag spike causing a brief interrupt to the water supply would be a problem. I just don't know.)

Additionally: I cannot advocate you use fluidducts strongly enough. Those things are amazeballs (and that's the first time I've ever used that word...)

That it's in a biome that makes water brown.

it means the water is in a wasteland biome, thats why water is brown.
