It wasn't bad, tho after episode 2 I'm starting to get a little burned out on Half-Life. I find it amazing how fast the graphics are starting to show there age.

They are absolutely fantastic. I can't tell from your comments if you are aware of them. There is one more "episode*" before we even start thinking about Half Life 3.

Yes I'm aware of those episodes just got to excited what will happen to HL3.

I'm still playing HL 2: episode 1 and 2 though.

Yeah thats true...but as a retro gamer I don't mind as long as the story stays solid and the characters and scenery appear the same for this particular story. only 1 more ep to go anyway then they can really go nuts with a possible part 3.

When HL2 was released the graphics were the best I'd seen.
Was, by far, the best game I've ever played at the time, but since then I probably enjoyed STALKER more, and even Crysis up to a point.

1. Stalker
2. HL2
3. Crysis (except the alien bit would be second)

Haven't tried STALKER so I'll check this out.
