In Operation 7, five types of different items including functional items can be equipped on the character. Also, there are 3 different designs for the same model or parts so each player can customize their character appearance the way they want.
Features: - Build Your Own Weapons: In Operation 7 a weapon consists of 6 parts. You can build your own weapons with parts that exist in the real world such as the Grenade Launcher, Dot Sight, Night Vision, Scope, Perpendicular Knob, Silencer, and many different skins.
- Play With Your Ears: Not only do sound effects allow you to pinpoint your opponent's location and actions, but 700 other sounds are provided in Operation 7. Try to hide yourself or move quickly away from opponents by hiding the sound of your breath and other enviornmental sound effects.
- One Shot, One Kill: In Operation 7, we support Scope Mode, Dot Sight Mode, and also Gun Sight Mode. You can also tilt to the side in order to shoot stealthily behind objects. It only takes one shot! One shot through your enemy's skull!
Geez sounds SO good aint it
The first hurdle is starting out and by HURDLE I mean getting it to load.
I had to reload IE7 to get it to start as it would not load up in FF??? As it is a browser based game.
Once I had gotten over that hurdle, It was time to get my Avatar dressed and ready for battle
Now because weapons are available upon experience gained you start with very standard weapons (AK or M16) and little in the way of upgrading
You have to buy your ammo and dress you character and the interface was NON-intuitive.
Finally you move into the LOBBY and the most frustrating part of the interface
There are rooms for the Noobs so you dont get hammered straight away but getting into those rooms well???
I could not join any game so to play I created my own room and had the choice of 3 maps and times night and day giving me a total of 6 maps (good idea in theory but maps play the same night or day IMHO)
Once in the game you can do all that the game says it offers but only headshots are OSK as most players will wear body armour which will stop a few rounds before you finally drop the bad guy
Gameplay is great and fast paced and rego(HIT BOX) is a bit to be desired but that could be due to location of server than game itself)
It has the typical FPS games scenarios(CTF, S&D, TDM, DM)
Do I still have this on my PC ??? NO
I played this for a week before deciding, I could not forgive the clunky and annoying lobby, and having to buy my AMMO
If the lobby and interface was made easier I would re-D/L but Combat Arms is so much easier and better supported ATM
would I recommend it ??? Not unless I was cruel
Steer away from it and waste your download limit on something else
