We've has it for a while now and love it for use on a rainy weekend. We also bought the Everlast attachment that turns the Wii balance board into a step box and adds height to it.
This really makes the workouts worthwhile.
Wii Fit Everlast Aerobic Step-up >> Nintendo Wii >> EB Games Australia

Don't get it mate, despite all the positive reviews. The motion detection on many of the leg workout exercises is very hit and miss, often leaving you're on-screen avatar frozen whilst you're still moving.
Poorly written software title with a couple of natty gadgets that just isn't worth it.

Also a lot of shovelware too.

Rayman Raving Rabbids TV Party is a blast and one that we love. Watching the kids play Beastie Boarding down a mountainside is hilarious !
They have to sit on the Wii balance board and steer with their butt, whilst weaving their way thorugh the slalom course.
