I just bought the first one yesterday. I was in eb and they had it for $60 with a half price sticker on it. I always wanted to try it out, so for $30 I thought bonus.
Typical EB after I spotted the brand new $30 copy I was looking in the traded games section and they had a used copy for $70

its just that the BF series tend to be more teamwork/squad based and PC offeres more control in that area. eg you can spot enemies for team mates, you can give orders through squad functions, etc all of which cant be done for console cuz it lack the amount of buttons and controls required.
personally i think that if they made more use of the d-pad for those functions the consoles would be able to have the same capabilities but they dont dare make controls too complicated for consoles cuz all the idiots will complain...
