This appears to only work if you do it via PC. Going to the market place on your XBOX will not let you get the content for free.

ME2 is so much better if you have a completed save file from the first to start from, as your decisions in the first affect various parts of the story in the 2nd.
If you have no save file to start from it uses a set of choices which are the complete opposite to what I chose. You also get a bit of a headstart as some of your paragon/renegade points carry over, start at a slightly higher level, you get to choose a bonus skill and get extra cash & minerals. |
