PS3: Annoying LittleBigPlanet errors

Has anyone else been having problems with LittleBigPlanet dropping profiles and corrupting data?

I spent 5hrs last night working on (adding to) a level I've been creating, only to go back to it today and find that none of the changes I made last night have saved - DESPITE pressing the "save" button several times while working and testing.
When I first signed in, I did get a "Failed to load state for cadder_au" error - which I didn't think anything of.
All other development I've done on that level, I did while offline (ie, not signed into PSN.

Anyone else come across this (or other) problems with LBP?

I wonder if your account is having issues? The other night you were listed as on and on MAG in the XBM, but in the MAG game you were listed as off line?

Might be. I wonder if it's something to do with having the same set of accounts on 2 different PS3s in the house?

The same thing happened tonight after spending a few hours redoing what was lost.
Niw it's lost twice - this time there were no telltale errors. WTF??

I think I'm gonna rename it Little Bug Planet

ok cadder, i got some good news, & some bad news for ya.

if u see anything like 'failed to load level state.....' on your screen, quit immediately, then resart game because nothing will save.

whenever you save; keep one eye on the hdd access indicator light. if it aint flashing ; it aint saving. same goes for that on-screen symbol (running sack boy in the bottom left of screen). if u dont see that when you attempt a save; quit immediately.

delete any excess community objects, photo booth pictures & stickers (or store them in levels instead), as they overload your profile. when your profile is full, you cant save anything you create, in your levels or pod.

when you quit the game, did your PS3 make 3 quick beeps? then switch itself off to resart?

The first time, no. But I had the "failed to load state" error. The second time I had no error messages, but it did the 3 quick beeps and reboot thing you described.
What do they mean?
