PS3: Offline Multiplayer FPS with Bots!

Hello All,

Silly me bought Resistance to play offline splitscreen multiplayer thinking it would be like Red Faction, Timesplitters and the like on the PS2. Imagine my surprise when cracking open the offline multiplayer you can't choose to have bots in a deathmatch type mode and there are only the two of you trying to get each other.

Upon doing further research I found it very hard to find any games with an offline splitscreen multiplayer deathmatch mode with bots.

Does anyone know of any? Red Faction multiplayer was always a party favourite at my place and want something like that.

PS In frustration I did go and buy Tekken 6. How good is it?!

You can't tell me that there are no Shooters with an offline multiplayer deathmatch mode that you can add bots to?

Sorry mate, honestly can't think of any, not many games do it.

Does Team Fortress 2 have a version for the PS2? It allows bots (on the PC side of things anyway!)

Unrealtournament 3 can have up to 16 bots on the PS3

Just did a quick check and found that Unreal Tournament 3 got patched so that you could have splitscreen multiplayer deathmatch. Apparently it didn't have it when first released but patched it later so you could.

It has to be about the only game I have found that you can do that with! All the other FPS are just the two of you with no bots (R:FOM), co-op (RFOM, COD etc) or online multiplayer only. At least I have an answer now!
