Default How can I find out what graphics card I am running?

My PC can run bios hock as well as a few games coming out soon like Left for Dead. I’m not the best with hardware and can’t recall how to tell what graphics card I put in the PC or any other important stuff like RAM. I would appreciate it if someone could tell me how to check for my Graphics Card, RAM or any other important stuff.

Dude you posted in the console section. I would make a post in The Labratory and I'm sure they will step up to the plate and help you out with what ever problems you might have with your PC.
