Well the rumour mill is working overtime once again, but if its true I dont think I will be getting MAG 2

Surely not. They are still adding content to this release. They would be better creating more addon content to this one and ironing out any further bugs to ensure good game play.
Resolving issues people are still suffering from like the downloadable content issue.
