I watched that ad. I tend to agree that it really is quite over the top and a little bit trashy. There are so many hidden meanings in that ad...not to mention the blatant outright ones, it's not funny. And, after watching the ad, I would definately not be bying this game for my kids to play. The ad takes a simple, fun set of minigames and turns it into something highly sexual. Not impressed.
