Hi,
Thank you for your email.
I'm sorry to hear about this I can definitely confirm that none of our games are second hand and they are all brand new. We do not have any in stock unfortunately and for you to return this to us would cost a lot in P&P so we will refund you for this game
Many Thanks,
Becky

G'day Becky,
Thank you for the refund. As I have only had good experiences in the past with your company, I was very surprised to receive the item I did.
As you have stated that you only sell new games, I can only conclude that whom ever supplied the product to your company did the wrong thing.
Please find attached photos of the product I received in the hope that it will help you in regards to a claim against your supplier.
As I stated before this game came "re-shrink" wrapped and did not have the Microsoft security tag in place.
The front cover states GOTY edition.
The disk and manual inside clearly shows the "standard" edition. Please note the bar code sticker on the manual.
Note the broken disk housing. The disk itself is well "used" (though this is difficult to see in the picture.
Note the sticker residue on the back cover indicating the barcode was covered by another sticker (assuming the same as is on the manual).
I hope this helps you in your dealing with the supplier.
If you have any further questions, please contact me by e-mail.
