Picked one up off ebay last night, thanks for raising this as a contender. It's a nice looking headset to be sure.

Sry mate I have just read this thread.
I glad to see you picked one up.
Myself personally I like the usb cord headphones but the Gioteck-EX-01-Bluetooth is great headset and most of the people I game with use one. Also I have a mate who uses the playstation one and he rates that pretty highly aswell

Just got on with maggot and his headset was giving feedback and his voice sounded like his pair was touching the ground .
Has anyone else had this problem ?

Maggot Try this

1. Prepare your Playstation 3 for pairing by going to the settings on the XcrossMediaBar(XMB) and selecting Accessory Settings

2
. Chose Register Bluetooth Device

3
.On the bext screen, select Register Headset/Microphone/Headphones.

4.
Ensure your jaba BT125 is off. On your jaba BT125, press and hold and Answer/End button for Five Seconds, until a solid blue light comes on, which places the device in Bluetooth discoverable mode.

5. Seclect Start Scanning on your PS3.

6. Your PS3 will scan and locate the Bluetooth divice. Select it from the list that appears.

7. You will be asked for a Pass Key. Enter 0000

8.
You may then set the microphone volume level and test
the device operation, by going back to Accessory Settings, and selecting Audio Device Settings.

Done

Also you might want to check out this and make a few adjustments because atm you sound like Darth Vader

Voice Changer
[Voice Changer] is an option in Settings > [Accessory Settings]. This lets you change the voice that is input to an audio device. High and low-pitched tones can each be adjusted to five preset levels. You can vary the tone of the voice that is input from the microphone when using voice / video chat under Friends.

  • Use the left and right buttons to adjust the tone setting. You can verify the change in tone by using the microphone to input audio. Verify the change in tone by speaking into a microphone and adjusting the [Voice Changer]control accordingly.
  • You can also adjust the settings by selecting [Tools] >[Voice Changer] from the control panel when using voice / video chat under Friends.
  • The Voice Changer settings are also reflected in games that support the voice chat feature.
