Australian release date: September 3rd

Yes my son has decided to cut loose from the old man and wants his own PS3 in his room.
We are going halves with him since his birthday is the day after release.

Here's one to try and google. My first console was a pong type that also had a gun to shoot the white dots bouncing around the screen. It think it had a orange case??? I would have been 10ish around 1980.

Edit- it was in black and white. I remember turning up the contrast on the TV so when i shot the screen i always got the dot......Haxor i hear you shout

Oh god George your right.

I had one exactly the same in 1975 orange on top black underside. Came with 2 paddles which fitted into the console body. I think it's in the garage as we speak. Could play Hockey, Tennis, Squash and Practice. I didn't have the gun option. I think I got the Atari 2600 in 76.
