I prefer a purchased copy due to my "need" to see movies with the best video and audio possible.

In fact, the drive is so strong, I have just finished the plans for a home theatre room and construction begins soon.

I have to build a wall, install a door, patch, paint, sound proof, run cable, hang the screen and projector and lay the carpet before I am done.

If all goes to plan, it will look, sound and feel like a proper cinema (minus the annoying talking people and empty food / drink containers )

I have the screen (138") but I am yet to decide on the projector and speakers.

I am hoping it will be complete within 2 months.

I hope so, this time I will be getting a HD projector (just not sure if I should wait for one that can do 3D as well?)

I just found out FOX has announced that AVATAR on BLU-RAY will not have a 3D mode when released.

Might just get a decent 1080p projector ... but we shall see what's around when the room is done.
