Wow. Didn;t think someone would go to that length to get something re-instated.

Is he asking for it to be re-instated?

Does it cover all owners of the older machines, in all countries or just America.

How much would each owner receive as part of a win. A full refund?

He has to win first ... then we will see what the compensation is. I am assuming it will be reinstatement of the second OS feature only ... but there is mention of $5 million + for some reason?
