Cannot log in

I do not seem to be able to log in - the server keeps timing out. I don't know if anyone is seeing this.

I was walking about, saw that "Cheith has join the game"... then the server timed out!

I just got kicked out and now I can't get back in.

same. Got in started gathering some sand and kept lagging badly. Then was kicked off.

Though I think my building is looking bigger than I expected taking a long time.

On a side note did notice the server map stopped updating the graphic. It updated a new wip warp point I set, but the picture was same as before the previous big update.

yeah the map rendering is off, and minecraft.net is having problems again. Notch tweeted about it...
