Its in Swedish i think. but there is an english option just click on the language in blue in the top right corner and select english (I think it was Svenska ??)

Svenska is Swedish yes. If nothing else helps I can translate it all for you as well

Interesting knowledge: Mojang (or Mojäng more correctly with dots over the a as the word should have) means "thingie" in swedish

And to be specific I think it's more of a technical thingie, as opposed to a general thingie

Like, imagine looking down into an engine, pointing at something and saying "What does that thingie do?" That's when you would use mojäng in swedish...
