Construction Crew Needed

I would like some help with my hotel, I need people willing to excavate for me.
I am willing to pay with diamond tools, or other resources upon negotiation.
The rate of pay is negotiable but will be something along the lines of, for each small chest worth of cobble you dig out, 1 diamond tools of your choice, along with anything you find while mining.

You can choose to mine with TNT (only in areas designated as safe for blasting), at which point the pay rate would be very different due to less cobble being mined etc.

If you are interested let me know when you see me online next time and I'll discuss.
Mumble use will be required for the site induction.

I can put my cobble generator to work and save the environment

It's a little slower than mining but happy to contribute a chest full at no charge.

I don't need cobble, I already have heaps of it, I was just using it as an example to show the amount of work done, in order to pay people fairly.
