Minecraft XBOX
 

I am new to TOG and one of the reasons I joined was I noticed all the epic Minecraft stuff you guys have posted here. I play on the XBOX and wondered if anyone else does? I am notorius for mindless wandering and collecting resources, but am a little challenged with being creative in building. I seem to just build pretty weak looking structrues, even after spending countless hours in the game.

Anyway, would love to join up with some of ya'll on the xbox version and maybe get some pointers here on ideas. Thanks

Welcome Budman. We keep track of all versions in this division but I don't think any of us have the Minecraft XBox edition. Probably due to us having been a division since the PC Alpha version. However, please tell us what you think of the XBox edition. The latest update for XBox Minecraft is just around the corner. This will correspond to the PC version Beta 1.8.2.

I own the Xbox version as well, but I've not managed to sit down and play around with it that much. So far, everything just seems... easier. :p

We, embarassinly, Minecraft for the XBOX was my first exposure to Minecraft. :)

I found the limitless creation in the game as a big point when I purchased it and it just totally 'grabbed' me from the beginning. I noticed the Miner's Gallery when I was visiting this site and my jaw hit the floor in amazement. You guys are insane with your creations!

Well, that is called Sanctuary. If you want to see what you can make with two sticks and a piece of string (plus a lot of cobblestone), have a look at the original Alpha/Beta Creative world we had (named "Creative").
