A new role for Misnik, a server Admin

The division now has another pair of hands behind the scenes. Misnik is now a server administrator so he can help make sure all the servers are behaving themselves. Since we now have Admins in Australia and the US, hopefully we will be able to quickly respond to server crashes.

So congrats to Misnik. I ask players to be patient with him as he learns the ropes and how to unknot them.
