Ah, yeah, that makes sense. I suppose the same is for anything that is grown... (saplings, wheat, reeds, cacti).

I've seen quite a few TOG minecrafters that don't have a very good grasp of redstone and switches
For example all those houses with a wooden "floor" made out of wood switches. All nice and good except if they are placed next to a door they will always open or close the door when you try to approach it, making it essentially impossible to get into or out of their houses

I have a good grasp on redstone and stuff, so if anyone needs any help, you can give me a shout when I'm on, and I most likely be able to help.

Default Xmas tree with animated lights

The Christmas is coming and I felt that a tree was needed. But a xmas is not a xmas without a redstone lighting system

Should be seen at night..

Nice job. We've got ourselves a new Redstone expert I'm thinking.

Thanks! Dynamic stuffs are more fun that static =)

More redstone ideas are wellcome (unique ones of course). The combination minecart/redstone is really interesting also. As soon the minecarts start working in MP, I gladly help with support. There are a lot of cool vids on youtube with advanced minecart systems.

I have a crazy idea of building a calculator made of minecarts/redstone instead of redstone but that's just a crazy idea...
