I am pretty sure you can find some decent rp in any of those listed games, but it might be hard to find. If you haven`t tried it out yet, UO has still a vibrant rp community on my shard Europa. Theres also a few US servers with one as well. Links to the european rp community:

I played UO for a time but hated the monthly fees.
Then found out some people have created their own shards/servers to play on. That was fun and free. Their are a lot of games out their but hard to work out which ones are the better one's
