Essentially, they are giving out 1500 keys each day over the weekend. Considering that the release supposedly has been moved to the 8th Nov (from another post here) I doubt the 4GB+ download would be worth it.

I just hate having to sit here and keep an eye on EQ2 vault .. didnt they say they will tell you about 10min before the key give away starts... not alot of time to be away from the site 8O
