any interest in Hellgate: London

I seen an earlier thread that dated back to Jan.

So is anyone else keeping their eye on this as well?

From what I have read so far it is made by the same people who made
Diablo. They left Blizzard and formed their own company called Flagship.

It plays allot like Diablo does as in single player as well as online play
(not an mmorpg)

It is free to play online but they do have an option for a subscription of $10.00 that gives you access to a larger bank, player housing, guild halls, updates every 3 months which include new items, quests etc..

When I get it and if it is as good as it looks I will probably be getting the subscription. So any interest in having a guild presence possibly.

Same - I've been following this game forever as well, I found the Flagship site once Bill Roper set it up, I don't even think at that time they even had a game to announce.

I'll be buying two copies of the game for me and my son.

As far as paying; I'm not sure if I'm going to pay a monthly fee either. But I think you need to subscribe to either be in a clan/guild or to lead one. If all goes as planned I may cancel our WoW subs and do Hellgate till the next WoW expansion hits.

I'd volunteer to start it up but my playtimes or so
sporadic as I have 2 jobs and a 10 month old, that
I wouldn't really be able to put the time in for a leadership role.

I would be willing to get it started until someone who would be interested could take it over.

Of course this is still very early to talk about seeing the game isn't out yet.

I'll probably pay for the premium service and if all goes well I'll just cancel my WoW subs till the next WoW expansion comes out. I think the pay service allows the creation of guilds, I could be wrong but I know that they do provide something to do with the creation/managing of guilds with the pay service. You also get to use some of the high end gear/items with the pay service too along with priority in the queue and larger storage.

Just gave my preorder to ebgames for the ce as well.

Hopefully the beta invite isn't to far off.

I also heard that there might be a lifetime subcription of $120.00 if so I probably will grab that as I think I will be playing for at least 2 yrs or more.

As for guild presence from what I have read you need a subscription to start a guild and to have officer privileges, but you don't need one for the rank and file.
