Managed to create the guild within about 15 minutes of logging on, due to the generosity and availability of the players.

Guild count now at about 55 on the PvE Alliance server!

So how is the game so far? Good enough to buy? How is your Horde division on PvP doing? How big are they? I was interested in joining ToG and want to play PvP and Horde. Also, I know this may not be a easy question to answer but how long do you guys usually stick with MMORPG's? I was another guild for 2 years and they seemed to burn through an MMORPG in 3 months or less. After that no one played it at all. Well thanks for the help guys.

http://www.theoldergamers.com/games/wow/summary.php shows you how big the guilds are - although not all these characters have been added yet (most have though).

Not sure that I can tell you whether the game is good enough to buy or not - unless you can give us some criteria by which you judge games. There are some problems at the moment - some lag, so queues for certain servers, the odd crash and some reboots; most of us expect that for the early days. Despite this disruption, many of our players are thoroughly enjoying themselves.

I can't promise you how long we'll be around - but a large community like ours that continually attracts new players should stand a good chance of reasonable longevity - but I think the answer to that one really lies with Blizzard and what they do to keep players coming back.

Firstly, thank you for the speedy response, thats always a great sign of a active community. Thats mostly what I am looking for, a active and freindly community. I know you guys are friendly since theres alot of Austrailians Every Austrailian I have played with has been incredibly helpful and friendly. Looks like if the game stays good you guys keep playing, take BF 42 for example. I am seriously considering buying WoW, I am just afriad I will get to addicted to it lol. Happened to me with EQ... I want my years back Sony!!
