What is the differnce between this and Voyage Century? It seems exaclty the same aside from the types of item mall, items that you can buy.

maybe this game is exactly as Voyage Century. It only differs on who are the ones handling this game they can change the name of the game, that is why the is similar while the item mall is different. Maybe other country is hosting this game.

I beleive that Voyage Century Online was taken by (insert company name here ) and made P2P, obviously some of the items had to be tweaked etc else why would you pay for a game that is free 2 play elsewhere. It obviously wasnt working out very well though.

I beleive this is the UK version of Voyage Century Online?

Although I havent touched VCO since the Beta and starting the TOG Guild (which I handed over to JesterUK) it appears that this one has also tweaked the graphics a little too, or has VCO been graphically tweaked now?

I know this is a few weeks old guys but you are all correct.

BBO is the European mob that have licensed VCO from the Chinese and formed own european servers and changed the format a little. IGG is the mob who also bought it from the chinese and run UK/US servers.

Difference?
IGG's version is "free forever" BUT you can buy certain things at their Item Mall (using vredit card or PayPal) to help you advance a bit faster in the game.
BBO's version needs a small subscription fee (don't remember how much but sinilar to WoW) but you upgrade your character faster as you complete tasks.
They basically balance each other out.

There have been several upgrades to the game with another one due shortly. TOG's guild (Tales Of Gold) is finally about to go PvP, form alliances and hopefully take a colony!!

I took over from JesterUK in about October last year Wiz. We have an active guild of about 10 players - am hoping to get a few more from Pirates of the Burning Sea as it is starting to fade away. . ..
