Conan is driving me nuts...need an answer

I have made it past the 25th level and I was given a code for an artifact, a bow, I am a ranger. Put the code in the official site and was told to use the /claim command to get it. That's it...well, where do I put the command? I tried all the channels; is there a special command line to put it in, like accessing the ~ key? Would appreciate someone straightening out my sorry old butt.

In-game in the chat window (doesn't matter which one ie general), click at the bottom as if you where going to type a message, but type /claim

Your items will go automatically into your bag
