SWG TOG Reunion!!! ALL OLD SWG PLAYERS PLEASE READ!!!!

Oi!!!!!! Well it's with a fond heart that I say hello to all my good friends here at TOG. It's been quite some time sense I've been here to the site to post. (I must admit I lurk and still check on the lounge room from time to time. )


Real life has kept me pretty busy of late and the only gaming I've been doing is on the 360.


So anyhoo on with the post. Me and a good RL friend and ToGer recently were talking about old MMO games we have played and enjoyed. A very fond memory for me was SWG. It was actually the game that brought me to TOG and a lot of my on-line friends.

So quickly we decided to take a trip back, back to Mos TOG, back to the galaxy we used to call home. As I proceeded to install the game again and wait for a 11 hour patch (ouch)! My mind was flooded with a lot of really great old time TOG adventures. and soon found myself laughing away at the keyboard and the wife asking me...What the hell is so funny?

All the classic TOG banter on Ventrillo. Smash usually insulting someone to one degree or another. Derelict and Rickety conversing over what DNA sample to get next and how uber creature handlers were Gatoc and Py-or being there normal "cheeky" selfs! (and we ALL will never be able to forget the God awful "HawtPantz". Delium and Telan arguing over Jedi slot mysteries. And finally the most classic of all classic stories the infamous hunt were gatoc fell asleep at keyboard during a hunt! LOL I still laugh at that one!

So as I reminisced I thought to myself its been 4,5 years for some of us who played SWG religiously. I thought "Man it sure would be fun to have an old school TOG reunion in SWG".

So here I am. I'd love to see some old friends again in game for some good old cantina music and maybe a krayt hunt...if thats still the cool thing to do!
LOL.If you have any interest in coming back to a place far...far...away I think it would be a lot of fun! You might also be surprised to find as I was, that a lot of old SWG accounts have been re-activated for a short time. I logged into my account with no problems, and no $$$! as of yet anyway.

So you know who you are....Smash, Delim, Rickety, Janus, Derilict, Karmajay,Gatoc. Py-or, and anyone else who's names have slipped me. I know I'm forgetting a lot of people here. Come on back have a look and lets go do some bantha hunting!

I'm not sure if your the original "Oldskool" i got to know during my stint in TOG BF2?

But TOG still has a msg board for the SWG crowd on this forum community site.

Skool! Good to here from ya man! Hows the brewery biz going?
I have SWG installed on this pc, Soul and I went back and played for a month or so in March.
I may re-up for a month and play a bit. I always get nostalgic when I log in, some really good times with that group
I recently was informed that the company I worked for was restructuring and moving shop back to Germany, so it appears I might have a lot more time for gaming in the near future. lol

Hey Guys, I'm still around too. SWG was my first major MMO and the reason I joined TOG in the first place. One of my earliest memories was going to Lok and meeting up with fellow Toggers, there must have been at least 25 of us. We didn't know much about armor or anything, needless to say we all got slaughtered but we had a good time anyways. Hoping to see some of you in KOTOR online when it comes out.
