SGW: Closed Beta Announced, Starts Oct. 15th

Hi All,

FireSky (formerly Cheyanne Mountain Entertainment / CME), has announced when closed beta will commence for the first group of beta applicants. It's starting on October 15th which lands on a Wednesday during the week.

So i wonder if this means that the premium members of sites like "Ten Ton Hammer" are getting in first?

Definitly been waiting for this game for a while now. Would be curious if ten ton hammer gets a jump on those who applied early for beta....either way...best of luck to all who put their hands up.

Great to see that they are getting into the next phase of the game development!

Probably won't have much time do to some testing if they would happen to send an invite now though.

Im within around the first 5 k who put their names down for beta testing so hopefully they do a bit of both to be fair...otherwise you may find some of the people sulking in their forums if one section gets preferential treatment for invites

Will the closed beta ppl get clients to d/l? Is that out yet? Or do the closed beta ppl get the client and key the same day the servers open?

You will get the NDA and they key and the download links when you are accepted.

Some people have already started receiving their closed beta invitations but of course those people are not at liberty to discuss the details.

Hopefully we all get accepted soon enough and you'll know those answers.
