Hey man I am speaking from experince usually the months or year following a shit storm like what you have hit become some of the best for you. Two years ago I hit this point and it almost ended my marriage and took one of my homes but I fought back to have the greatest year I have ever had. Keep your head up and just keep fighting good things are on the rise.

I feel your pain about your dog too. I was speaking to a woman years ago who was (at times) suicidally depressed, and her dogs are probably why she was still kicking. Anyway, to lift this story from a dark place, she had worked out over the years, that its always a good idea to have 2 dogs! when one was getting old, she would buy a puppy. That way she would always have a friend at home to keep her a bit more settled.
