Lineage 2

Has anyone one played this one and how does it compare with the likes of WoW , LOTRO etc

We used to have a division but it may not be active anymore. It was the first game I played as part of TOG. My opinion is that it was a hell of a lot of fun to play for the first month and then I found it extremely boring. I played WOW only to LVL40 because of the same grind feeling. I hope that's some help.

Thanks Robert for the info I have been able to get a copy with all the expansions fairly cheap so I thought I would check it out , I haven't received it yet but was just looking for others that might have played it to get some feedback on what they think of it

It's a nice game; it's a bit grindy though. I didn't play it much.

I know of some people who still play it if you have irc check out the #lineage2 channel on irc.ausirc.net and talk to the ops there.

I had a quick run on it today looks nice . I have heard that it is grindy .
Playing on Sayha at the moment was told that , that is where the Aussies are.

Hi Arkon,

I second Robert's comments about Lineage 2. I was in it's closed beta and bought the game upon release and only played for the first month. The grind was so heavy it gave me flashbacks to why i had left Everquest to begin with previously.

However I hear the Castle Raids are a blast.
