I am interested in crafting in general.

Are crafted items top of the line or somewhere in the middle compared to drops/quest items?

Is crafter leveling going to be a grind, quests, something a casual player can do, or what?

How much customization will crafted items have in looks and stats?

What sort of resources/parts/components are going to be used and what is required to get them? (drops, mining, harvesting, lottery, vendor)

Do crafted items scale with level or are they static?

I have a question about Healers in Global Agenda. In most FPS games I have played, there is a natural health regen that kicks in after a while of not being shot, but for the most part; when I get shot I'm dead pretty quickly from the follow up bullet from their gun. Do players have RPG style health to heal, or is a Healers role more of a "patch up the survivors after combat" type of thing? Is there normal Health regen, or can Healers put some sort of healing nanobot buff onto squadmates to provide that affect?

PS - FPS are notorious for being demanding on ping times, more so than mmorpgs. How will global agenda provide for this sort of thing. Will they have regional servers to keep pings low, or does the game feature some sort of ping handicap or similar feature?

Scratch that question on server locations, its just been answered in another interview. FYI - The game employs regional servers (north america, asia/pacific, europe being specifically mentioned). All players in that region will play on the same server.

Also to some extent, they commented that the twitch style of fps games has been toned down, I would like some more elaboration on that, in line with my first question please.

OK my biggest question right now is customisability of the "look", 'cause the gameplays I've seen most people looked the same as their class always does, equipment not withstanding.

How about some of the 'annoying' things people do in FPS style games, like scripting or binding fire to the mouse wheel so they can shoot an insane amount of times and effectively make their guns do extra damage. Will the game prevent this from happening, and what if any action will be taken against said abusers?

I recently picked up TF2 and noticed some similarities.

Recon - Spy
Robotics - Engineer
Assault - Heavy
Medic - uhm, Medic!

How are the GA equivalents I've drawn here different to their TF2 counterparts, and what influences may have been drawn from them?

I would also love to hear more about robotics, and some more details on the types of gadgets they get.
