I only have 6 of them (covering all powersets) and only 5 at 50.
Back to the original topic, Mission Architect is a great feature and you can do a lot of stuff with it, but will still be within the general mission design formula. It is both good and bad - it makes it very easy to create story arcs, but does not give you full freedom.
A tool like Ryzom Ring does give more freedom in some ways, but also a lot of work to actually create something. With mission architect people can create and play a mission in 5 minutes.
The problem is that a number of people do just that... And a number of people also take advantage of the system to farm xp or tickets (mission architect's reward currency).
The search tools are not good enough to filter out the junk, so it can be a bit tricky sometimes to find to good ones - one has to rely on other sources to get a better hit rate.
