Garriott sues NCSOFT
Stumbled across this today.
Richard Garriott blasts NCsoft with $24 million lawsuit - Massively Interesting turn of events. I remember when the open letter to the fans from Garriott came out. The general consensus around Tabula Rasa was that he sold out and was jumping from a sinking ship. Sounds like the plot line from a crappy american drama. "Considering NCsoft is already in a pretty nasty place with the current Worlds.com lawsuit going on, dealing with a series of layoffs and slipping profits, this new action against them by Garriott doesn't bode well. " Anyone heard of the expression 'blood from a stone'? Good luck getting $24 Million, I would be surprised if they had that much. |
