Hmmm... Mecha. I'd kill for a good Mecha based game (that also let me cruise about outside the cockpit).

The Industrial zone. What makes earthrise different from the other apocalyptic MMO's? they still have a lot of advanced tech to secure.

Territorial control by players to gather resources. Do you set them up to be mined out cashcows, or cover them with turrets to help prevent people taking it back? Interesting mechanic.

Anyone seen any more information released about this one yet?

I see they modelled over 40 live creatures during their first year in order to provide the animation on their mobs...

I did see a few more articles, mostly about various zones and stuff over at Massively but it seemed nobody was paying attention to this game so I sort of stopped posting them up.

Well I will be giving this a try if they don't make Steam their sole source or require it for updates. It will be interesting on how the sand-box environment pans out in a ground based MMO. Crafting sounds like it is going to be very useful, which is good.
