My biggest question is how much of a factor will latency be? Is the game engine and netcode designed to eliminate the advantage given by people being physically closer to servers? There's a massive gaming community in the oceanic region, so will there be localised servers for that region?

In a fight situation, will the guys holding the better gear and bigger gun win? or can a lower level fighter win due to skill?

How much of the actual shooting part is number crunching/dice rolling in the background as opposed to actual player skill.

How much content is there for someone that prefers the singleplayer experience as opposed to multiplayer? will players be forced to join an agency and take part in their fights in order to progress and get the higher-end gear?

I can answer this one for you now Zee, they'll say "yes a skilled new player will be able to kill a better geared nub" (to paraphrase a little). Then they'll comment on how player development will give players more options to how they play to diversify and/or specialise but the gear you start with will serve you just well enough to kill people that have been playing for a lot longer.
